It’s funny how I had to move away from Kogarah to know about InLife Studio, which was right next to where I used to live!!!!!9 months into it and I am thoroughly loving it! Infact I blame my friend from work who introduced InLIFE to me ! For not letting me know about it sooner , of course….I took up a class at another studio recently and felt the difference straight away! The vibe, community, lovely instructors, everything was so no - no! don’t be late comer like me and don’t miss it!!! Satisfaction guaranteed! 😉
Great studio - highly recommend! I was initially wary about practising in a space with 16 reformers - I have an injury and require modifications - but all the instructors are terrific and really know their stuff and I never felt anything other than safe and supported. Classes are challenging and it’s so beneficial to regularly use barbells and hand-weights along with the usual pilates props 💪 Em is proactive about seeking feedback and has created a really lovely community.
I absolutely love my Pilates classes! All the instructors are amazing, welcoming, and supportive. The atmosphere is great, and every class leaves me feeling stronger and refreshed. Highly recommend! 😊💕🙌🏻
It can be hard to find great Pilates instructors these days, but this place is a real gem!Especially love the Lift classes, which combine Pilates with traditional weights training for a great full body session in 45 mins. Renee’s classes are always fun - she’s so knowledgeable, funny and helpful. She also does a great job of making everyone feel welcome and catering to individual needs. And there’s even a lovely cup of tea after class! 🌟 Highly recommend!
I’ve been with inLiFE Wellness Kogarah for over a year and I absolutely love the instructors and of course the classes have improved my overall strength and balance. 🫶🏼
