Such a beautiful studio! Mel and family are super welcoming and make me feel very comfortable in the studio. I love that I can choose my focus for my session. The amenities are an added bonus too (the massage chair is to die for!). I’ve never been more excited to workout!

Gorgeous studio, great classes and lovely staff. The 24/7 access allows me to fit a workout around my schedule.

Great studio that is always clean, tidy, and well maintained. Although I mostly attend during unstaffed hours, the staff are still friendly, supportive, and make an effort to check in with me via phone or message. It’s great to feel supported even when staff aren’t physically there!

They truly care. The recovery centre is so blissful with a massage chair and sauna, which l so love and leave feeling on cloud 9. The convenience of not being locked into Pilates session times is absolutely perfect. It means l can come any time of the day or night. It’s so much more than a Pilates studio. It ticks all the boxes as a great place to train. ✅✅✅ Highly recommend!

Such a lovely studio! During staffed hours, the instructors make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I love the flexibility to choose your own class and work around what suits your schedule, which is especially helpful when you have young kids! It makes such a difference being able to fit classes into your life without feeling stressed or restricted. There’s also a massage chair and sauna! Be sure to check them out before or after a workout. Highly recommend!
