Highly recommend Strong Hope Island. Following double mastectomy from breast cancer, two hip surgeries and two major back surgeries I knew I had to dial my fitness training down. So my physio recommended reformer Pilates. Oh my goodness I’ve done all sorts of high intensity workouts gosh did this surprise me. I absolutely love this style of training. All the trainers are amazing and adapt exercises to suit any injury you have. Give it a go 💪🏼

Strong has really made me feel at home since moving to Australia. The instructors are all amazing and create a welcoming atmosphere. My only wish is that there was a shower to make pre-work morning sessions a little easier!
My partner and I have been attending classes at STRONG for 2 years. The workout is challenging for both of us and offers great variation during the week. 10/10 no notes!
