I have been getting back into reformer after over a year and the instructors here are fantastic! They are very knowledgeable and comfortable. Both of my instructors so far, Andrea and Tiana, have been so tuned in, like spotting my tight hamstrings and making adjustments as needed! They push you a healthy amount with challenges but never make you feel like you HAVE to keep up. Such a great environment ☺️

Really enjoying my time here staff are so kind and helpful really taking the time to help me where needed and willing to explain anything if I need, will continue to go here and would suggest to others.

i’ve been going here for about 2 weeks and i’m loving it a lot! the instructors are so helpful and will assist in any modifications needed whether that be due to past injuries or limitations within the body. i’ve also never felt a burn doing any other exercise like i have with pilates. their stretch and mobility class is great too, really helping with the muscles and making it easier to maintain mobility during pilates. i’ve just bought a new class package, and so excited to continue to go here!

Studio Pilates Richmond is the best Pilates studio I have ever attended. I love the model of following along with a video whilst instructors are free to correct form and encourage progression (more springs! 😅), ensuring you develop the correct technique and work out safely. The whole team is awesome, they have fantastic friendly and informed instructors, as well as lovely front of house staff. The studio itself is lovely and clean, and the whole place has an incredibly welcoming atmosphere. Couldn’t recommend more!

I’d highly recommend Studio Pilates! The Matwork course was very comprehensive. The four days of in-person training are spent primarily practising in small groups, so from day one you feel confident teaching what you’ve learned in the online content. The facilitator, Louise, was wonderful, very supportive and encouraging. I look forward to doing more courses in the future!

Tanya is a very good instructor who is full of knowledge and great ideas. The six-person class was the perfect size, allowing everyone to participate and receive individual attention. Although we were tired towards the end, it was a fantastic learning experience. It was great to learn how to teach and confidently lead a class.
