5 star! Spent my morning in the re light therapy bed , hot and cold plunges and a Pilates class getting my Pilates Body. The staff and owner are so incredibly nice and the place is beautiful. 100000% recommendation. Also met so many beautiful women already! Such a great community!

I cannot recommend Wild Soul Wellness highly enough! From the moment you walk through the doors, you're welcomed into the most beautiful, calming, and relaxing space. The studio has such a warm and positive energy that instantly makes you feel at ease. The owner, staff, and instructors are absolutely amazing—professional, supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping people feel their best. Every class feels personalised, encouraging, and enjoyable, no matter your fitness level. What makes Wild Soul Wellness so special is that it's more than just Pilates and yoga. They offer a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, including recovery services that help you feel refreshed, balanced, and cared for. I’ve been to a few wellness studios over the years, but Wildsoul Wellness in Williamstown is next level. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear they’ve poured real care and intention into every detail, and it shows. The interior design is absolutely stunning: modern, sophisticated, and incredibly calming all at once. The organic, textured walls with their gentle undulating patterns, the beautiful wavy full-length mirrors and light fittings etc, the warm timber floors, and the soft, natural light filtering through the sheer curtains create such a serene, spa-like atmosphere. It’s minimalist yet warm, elevated without feeling cold or clinical. The contrast therapy area in particular feels like you’ve been transported to a luxury Bali resort. The perfect blend of hot traditional sauna, invigorating cold plunges, infrared saunas, and red light therapy, all wrapped in that same thoughtful, high-quality design. But what really makes this place special is the people. Every single staff member I’ve met has been genuinely warm, welcoming, and lovely. You can tell they’re passionate about what they do and truly want you to feel your best. Williamstown, especially around Nelson Place, has needed a beautiful space like this for a long time. The inner west as a whole is better for it. Wildsoul has set the bar incredibly high. If you’re local or even just visiting, do yourself a favour and check it out.
