Are you passionate about mindful movement, mobility, and helping people reconnect with their bodies?

Ready to bring your Yoga or Mobility expertise into a science-based, supportive environment?

At FitnessLab , we combine science with soul — offering personal training, nutrition coaching, and small group classes, including our Lengthen and Yoga classes across our Mosman and Cammeray studios .

We’re looking for movement professionals who want to grow with us as we continue to expand.

- About Us

FitnessLab is a boutique training studio where every client receives truly personalised attention.

Our approach integrates personal training, small group classes and nutrition — all grounded in evidence-based practice and genuine care.

After five successful years in Mosman, and our recent expansion to Cammeray , we’re continuing to grow — and we’re looking for instructors who share our purpose: helping clients move better, feel stronger, and live healthier.

- We’re Looking For:

Yoga and Mobility Instructors to lead our Lengthen and Yoga sessions.

Must be available on weekends.

- Classes available: Sat (AM), Sunday (AM) and Mid week (PM)

Qualifications & Experience

- Yoga / Pilates / Mobility / Gymnastics or similar qualification - Current First Aid and CPR - Professional and Public Liability & Indemnity Insurance - Experience working in small group settings preferred
