About the role
We’re looking for an ambitious, energetic and people-focused Studio Pilates Facilitator/Supervisor to join our growing Pilates business for approximately 25 hours per week .
Our beautiful studio has been operating for just 18 months and offers a unique, modern Pilates experience, combining online-guided classes with the flexibility of 24/7 studio access .
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be more than simply an employee. We’re looking for a motivated person who is passionate about people, customer service, health and fitness, and who is excited to play an active role in the continued growth and success of the studio.
The successful candidate will help create an exceptional experience for our members, support the day-to-day operation of the studio, build strong relationships within our community, and contribute to increasing memberships and growing the business.
We’re looking for someone who is confident, proactive, reliable and results-driven , with the initiative to identify opportunities, engage with potential members and help take the studio to the next level.
