Are you a qualified Personal Trainer with Reformer Pilates certification looking to grow your business in a thriving fitness environment?

Club Lime is seeking motivated and professional trainers who want to build and grow their own fitness business within one of Australia’s leading gym networks.

This is an exciting opportunity for trainers who want to deliver personal training and private Pilates sessions , all within a modern facility supported by a large and active member base.

With the upcoming refit of our Reformer Pilates studio , successful applicants will have the opportunity to deliver both gym-based personal training and reformer Pilates sessions , providing multiple ways to grow their client base.

About the Opportunity

Personal Trainers at Club Lime operate as independent contractors , running their own personal training business within our facilities under a Personal Training License Agreement .

This model gives you the freedom to grow your business , while benefiting from:

Successful applicants will be able to train clients on the gym floor, deliver private reformer Pilates sessions, and may also have an opportunity to teach Pilates classes on the timetable .

What You'll Be Doing

As a Personal Trainer & Pilates Instructor at Club Lime you will:

- Build and manage your own personal training and Pilates client base - Deliver high-quality personal training sessions - Deliver private reformer Pilates sessions - Support members in achieving their health and fitness goals - Maintain a professional and welcoming training environment - Grow and promote your personal training business within the club

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for trainers who are:

- Passionate about helping people improve their health and fitness - Motivated to build and grow their own business - Professional, reliable, and member-focused - Confident delivering both strength training and/or Pilates sessions

Minimum Requirements

Applicants will have the following:

- Certificate III in Fitness - Certificate IV in Fitness - Current First Aid and CPR - Working With Children Check (WWCC / WWVP where applicable) - Current Australian Fitness registration (AUSactive, FITREC, HAFAA or equivalent) - Reformer or Mat Pilates Instructor certification from a recognised training provider - Public Liability Insurance ($10M) and Professional Indemnity Insurance ($1M)
