- Casual (hours are ad hoc) - $73.43 per hour inclusive of 24% casual loading

About the role:
Are you a passionate Pilates Instructor who loves helping people move better, feel stronger and achieve their fitness goals? Join our Casual Pool of Pilates Instructors and provide coverage when are Instructors are unavailable.
Pilates classes at the Naturaliste Community Centre are currently held on Mondays at 4:45pm and Tuesdays / Thursdays at 10:30am. There may also be the requirement to cover classes in Busselton at the Geographe Leisure Centre when the opportunity arises.

What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering engaging and effective Pilates classes for members and guests - Creating a safe and inclusive environment for participants of all fitness levels - Adapting exercises to accommodate individual needs, injuries and abilities - Building positive relationships with members and providing outstanding customer service - Maintaining fitness equipment and ensuring exercise spaces are clean, organised and safe - Monitoring and reporting any health, safety or equipment concerns - Contributing ideas to enhance group fitness programming and member experience
As the successful applicant you will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Strong customer service and communication skills - A commitment to participant safety and wellbeing - The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team - Knowledge of current fitness industry trends and best practice
Pre-employment requirements:
- Certificate III in Fitness - Pilates Instructor qualification - Current First Aid / CPR Certificate - Current Working with Children Check, or the ability to obtain one - Proof of right to work in Australia
