STRONG Pilates Instructor - Port Adelaide

STRONG Pilates Port Adelaide is on the hunt for our next superstar STRONG Instructor to join our team!
We’re looking for fitness professionals who bring energy, personality and a genuine passion for helping people feel strong, confident and motivated. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love connecting with people and can bring the room to life - we want to hear from you!
Candidates must be available to complete the STRONG Academy in November.
Week 1: 13, 14, 15th November
Week 2: 20, 21, 22nd November
About STRONG:
STRONG Pilates is a Pilates-inspired, cardio-infused, full-body workout combining resistance, rowing and cardio to deliver a high-intensity, low-impact training experience.
Our classes are fast-paced, energetic and challenging , but most importantly, they’re designed to make our members feel strong, supported and excited to come back for more.
As a STRONG Instructor, you’ll lead high-energy group classes, creating an experience where every client feels seen, motivated and challenged — while keeping the energy and vibe of the room high from start to finish.
About you:
• Outstanding communication and verbal skills
• Energetic, confident and engaging, with a natural ability to bring energy to a room
• Confident motivating, encouraging and supporting clients of all fitness levels
• Ability to multitask confidently during a fast-paced class, managing technique, timing, music, equipment and the overall energy of the room
• A Team Player who can also work independently
• Knowledge with anatomy and physiology of the body
• Willingness for flexible working hours (including afternoons & some weekends)
Desirable Qualifications:
• Pilates Certification
• Certificates III & IV in Fitness
• Current Senior First Aid and CPR
\ \ Must have Group Fitness Training experience

STRONG Academy is an integral part of becoming a STRONG Instructor and will equip you with the knowledge, qualifications, skills and coaching style required to deliver the STRONG experience.
