About the Role
Lead our Ascot Vale studio, teach classes, and build a team you're proud of. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves running a tight ship, coaching people up, and creating a studio clients love walking into.
What You'll Do
- Run the studio day-to-day and own its performance – sales, retention, class utilisation, client experience
- Roster, train and coach a team of trainers alongside the Head Trainer
- Teach a regular class schedule and set the standard for the team
- Manage the employee lifecycle, records and compliance
- Convert enquiries into trials and memberships
- Build local brand awareness through partnerships, events and social media
- Track KPIs and use data to keep improving retention and sales
What You'll Bring
- Leadership experience in a client-facing environment – fitness, hospitality or retail
- A genuine love of teaching group fitness or Pilates
- Comfort driving sales and hitting targets
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport fast
- The confidence to work autonomously and own outcomes
- Current Pilates qualification (min. 100 hours), or willingness to obtain one
