247 Reformer has landed in Brisbane 💫 and we're just getting started.

We opened the doors to our West End studio at the end of June, bringing our modern, boutique approach to Pilates to Queensland for the very first time. Now we're looking for a Studio Manager to help us grow it into a place people can't stop talking about.

247 Reformer is built on a hybrid model: instructor-led Reformer classes paired with 24/7 on-demand access, so members can move on their own schedule while staying part of a genuine studio community. West End is our first Queensland home, and because we're only weeks in, this is a rare chance to step in early and truly make the studio your own.

To be clear on who we are: we're boutique, not commercial. If you've come from a big-chain, high-volume environment like Studio Pilates, you'll find us very different. We're a small, close-knit team where everyone is hands-on, standards are high, and the details matter.

About the role

This is a leadership role at the heart of the studio. You'll manage day-to-day operations, own the group class schedule, and be the driving force behind sales and studio growth. You'll also teach covering some of the daytime classes (our 9:30am sessions, and trialling a few lunchtime slots to see what lands with the local community).

As a brand-new studio, this isn't a KPI-driven role from day one. But as we find our feet and start exceeding targets, KPIs will come into play and for the right person, so will the rewards and room to grow.

What you'll do

- Lead the day-to-day running of the studio and keep it operating beautifully

- Own the group class schedule and instructor roster

- Teach a portion of the weekly classes, including morning and trial lunchtime sessions

- Drive membership sales, conversions, and retention — this is a sales-led role

- Build a warm, loyal local community here in West End

- Deliver a premium member experience from the first hello

- Keep the studio immaculate — presentation is part of the premium experience, and we all pitch in on cleaning

What we're looking for

- A qualified Reformer Pilates instructor (certification required — you'll be teaching)

- Real sales ability — you know how to convert, retain, and grow a member base

- Experience managing or helping run a Pilates or fitness studio

- Natural leadership and a genuine love of building community

- Someone motivated, hands-on, and happy to own everything from the schedule to the standards

- Bonus points for launch or early-stage studio experience

The details

- Location: On-site, West End, Brisbane

- Hours: Up to ~25 hrs/week to start

- Starting Rate: $35/hour casual, moving to permanent part-time for the right person

- Growth: A ground-floor opportunity with real scope to grow into a bigger role as the studio thrives
